According to a story that was published on Saturday by the entertainment news website Variety, the merger between the PVR Group and Inox Leisure has been completed after receiving approval from the National Company Law Tribunal.
By the end of March 2023, PVR-INOX will have opened an additional 40 screens all over India. In the present time, the PVR Group operates roughly
